Global Settings:

The Global Settings Screen allows you to configure the following features:
1. How the LOGO appears within the main WHOS-IN program. (Not recommended
due to BUGS in the MS ListView control).

2. Enable or disable Status Alerts (system wide, however individual users can still be allowed).
3. Enable or Disable the Messaging System.
4. Enable or Disable adding WHOS-IN to the Users StartUp Folder.
5.0 Enable or Disable Presence Sensing:
This allows WHOS-IN to detect when a users screensaver fires, or when they 'lock' their PC, and displays a
screen or lock Icon on the Main User Screen.
5.1 Enable or Disable a Status Change (In or Out) when the user 'locks' their PC.
6. Allow Check for Updates:
This allow users with HIGH access rights (normally only receptionists and WHOS-IN Administrators) to check the web site
for the latest version of WHOS-IN. This has been added because the Admin program may not be run very often, and many people
have been missing out on the 'latest' features and updates. Default setting for this option is ON.
