If you have trouble with corrupted
databases under Access 2.0 then this patch from Microsoft is for you... Reports have it
that this release fixes problems with corrupted databases, plus who knows what else!
THE most common problem for users of our Who's-In? software (which uses the 2.5 version
of the Access Jet Engine included in this Zip file) is someone somewhere using the old
version of the Jet Engine. Substitute ALL copies of MSAJT200.DLL on your network
(including users local C: drives) with this version, and you will find an amazing
difference! (It virtually eliminates corrupted databases, and also runs faster!)
Usage:
Unzip ACCSRV.ZIP into its own
subdirectory.
Read the READSRV.TXT file for
installation instructions.
Run SETUP.EXE to install.
